To manage the accreditation process of The iLUKACollective and our Clients Workforce.
This is a contract role starting in January 2024 until August 2024.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the planning, collection and upload of accreditation data for The iLUKACollective and Client StaffBuild strong relationships with all Programme Hospitality teams to educate and advise on Accreditation types and processesWork with the OCOG in order to meet Accreditation timelinesWork closely with the recruitment team on staffing accreditation requirementsEnsure clear communication to all The iLUKACollective staff regarding accreditationThis is not an exhaustive list and all team members will be expected to contribute to any other aspects of the business, as necessary.Skills, Knowledge, ExpertiseFluent in English and French.Previous experience in a similar position on a large-scale event projectStrong project management skillsExcellent organisational skillsExcellent IT Skills with advanced Excel skillsKnowledge of Olympic Games accreditation policies and regulations.AttributesHigh energy, comfortable working potentially long hours in a demanding but rewarding and friendly environmentFlexible, enthusiastic, confident, outgoingWilling to roll sleeves up and get involvedPassionate about sport, hospitality and delivery The iLUKACollective ParisÎle-de-France Expérience souhaitée
